This time of year is always a drag when you don't have someone to share it with. Of course, it's suppose to be about family, sharing, blah, blah, blah. But I can't help to think that it could be a little better with a significant other. And my birthday is on New Year's Day and it's always upsetting to bring in the New Year alone. I have a lot of things going on with starting a new business venture, but still the company of a significant other would be nice. And I have to ask myself sometimes if it's me because I see women who have horrible attitudes but get the greatest guys and take advantage of them, smh. I have a Master's, good job, and a lot of love to give. So for Christmas I'm asking Santa, more so God, to bring me a good guy that meets my standards and requirements...lol

I just want to take the time to give much props to the ladies of Empress for the new site lauch...Shaleia, I feel like I've know you for years..lol. Thank you ladies for allowing me to write articles on relationships, love, and self-help AND now on fashion, fun,fly&flashy. Thank u, thank u! Keep up the good job ladies....and to everyone else
